Jose’s amazing team made our new kitchen & powder room a big success. Beyond just countertops and tile, they helped us with electrical, plumbing, painting, demo and miscellaneous work to deliver a successful project on budget and in a reasonable timeframe. First they demoed the existing kitchen and prepped the site, including electrical, drywall patching, texturing and painting so everything was ready for the cabinet installers. Meanwhile they took delivery of the quartz slabs we selected. When the cabinets were in the JC team fabricated and installed the countertops and backsplash. They helped with all the remaining steps including tile repair; sink, faucet, and appliance installation; touch-up painting and finishing touches. In parallel, they demoed and installed the new bathroom vanity, fabricating its countertop from our quartz; installed the sink; faucet and lighting; and repainted the room. Finally they re-did the fireplace surround with the extra quartz, giving us a consistent look throughout the first floor. JC‘s fabricators brilliantly matched the irregular patterns of our quartz across all joins. The quality of their work was excellent. And every member of the team was polite, friendly and efficient in their work. The final results are amazing, we are very pleased and we have already received many compliments on the work. We are thinking ahead to other projects that the JC team can help us with.

So glad I found JC Tile & Countertops. I was contemplating whether to move forward with Home Depot or Lowe’s but their waiting time was minimum 4 weeks after they make the template, 6 weeks for Lowe’s. I like the fact that my initial conversation with Jose, the owner, was very straightforward, gave me the impression that they are completion oriented and no politics. For my kitchen, they initially told me 1 – 1½ weeks but got everything done in less than a week. They also have a plumbing crew to finish the job. Love my beautiful Quartz Countertops!! I will sum up my experience with the following words, – Excellent Service – Highly skilled – Quality work – Speed – Friendly – Affordable Price Thank you JC Tile & Countertops team!!

I couldn’t be more pleased with Jose and his team. Courteous, thorough, and responsive. They take pride in their work and it shows. When a house guest damaged our new countertops, Jose was quick to respond and did not even charge for the fix. This is a well run business that puts customers first and constantly proves to go above and beyond what is required. I can’t recommend them enough!

WOW! That’s probably the best word to describe the job done for us by J.C. Tile and Countertops LLC. We couldn’t be happier with Jose Chavez and his crew’s work for us. And ours was not a simple job. With 2 islands and lots of countertops with 2½” overhangs on the edges, it took 5 slabs of quartzite to complete. But they did a great job. We were particularly impressed with their attention to detail. All of the edge joints were mitered, and appear seamless. Additionally, they were able to continue the pattern in the quartzite not only on the waterfall edges, but on the countertop edges and backsplashes as well. Excellent work at a reasonable price. We wholeheartedly recommend J. C. Tile and Countertops!

Jose from JC Tile is a very detail person. He has answer for any questions I had regarding tile installation; I can tell he knows his trade very well. I highly recommend JC Tile to everyone who wants a high quality tile job. His crew are very friendly and qualify for any kind of tile project that is the difference between other tile companies.

Jose is hands down the best contractor I have ever worked with. I have done several remodels over the years and recently embarked on a massive scale remodel in Carmel. Jose was one of the first contractors I engaged with to get our tile work done in all our bathrooms and fireplaces. He is a quintessential perfectionist. The tile we used was hand-made Moroccan tile and it required to be laid out in a specific way. Jose’s attention to detail and craftsmanship made our bathrooms look spectacular. I am also new to the Carmel area and required many other trades to complete my project. Jose has a huge database of amazing contractors who like him take great pride in their work. He introduced me to an exceptional painter, landscaper, cabinet installer, carpenter and the list goes on. My remodel project has taken more time than I planned given these pandemic times. Jose has been the guy that I always look forward to catching up with–he has a generous heart and is always willing to brainstorm to get the project to the next phase. You are in good hands with Jose—I would hire him in a flash for my next project!
