From the very beginning, Rafi and Shamy listened to our ideas and developed a plan to remodel specific areas of our 1950s home, including adding an ADU in the detached garage space. Throughout the whole project we were apprised of progress and given the opportunity to revise and adjust along the way to help us stay within our budget while getting the results we wanted. We are thrilled with the results! The garage started as a complete disaster, but thanks to our contractors it is now a gorgeous “granny flat” where we stay when visiting our daughter and family, who live in the main house. The main house went from having only one working bathroom to now having three functional bathrooms, and the two new ones are really beautiful. A new laundry area and additional storage were also added. The ADU and the main house are connected with a lovely covered lanai area. In addition, Rafi and the workers were very respectful and tried hard to minimize the disruption that remodeling can bring to our daughter’s family, who were living in the main house during the entire process.

When I first heard about Ron’s idea design to introduce a fish tank window, I agreed immediately! My kitchen is now greener and cleaner, and it’s definitely a great new focal point for my guests. Somehow I feel that this new small addition gave my kitchen a calmer tone. So thank you a lot Ron for reshaping my kitchen into a modern but zen area!

Refined Home Construction a year agoRH Construction, under the direction of Dan Azran did a SUPERB job completing a major remodel of our family home. Dan is a consummate professional. He is fair, conscientious, talented, and motivated to create the perfect project. Planning was honest and efficient. During the build he scheduled his team so that there was always someone working to maximize his efforts to complete the project during the agreed upon window. Dan looked for opportunities to save us money and fought for us when the unexpected happened. Ultimately he completed the house on time and on budget, which is unheard of nowadays. Since completion his follow up has been PERFECT. He continues to check in to make sure he can stand behind his work. Based on my experience, I believe RH Construction’s services are extraordinary, and we’d work with Dan Azran as a contractor again in minute. This our experience. We rate him A+++

Redone Remodeling delivered exactly what I wanted. The free 3D design captured my vision perfectly, and the quality of the work was outstanding. I’m really happy with the results.
