We had an excellent experience working with M&P Concrete Coatings starting with Elijah and including John and Jeremiah on the day of installation. Our 30+ year old garage floor was just finished and we love the results. Elijah was a great communicator throughout the entire process and he and his crew show up as expected. From our first encounter at a home improvement show, M&P Concrete Coatings’ customer service was outstanding. It far exceeded what we experienced with others in the same business space. We had a plenty of questions and came away feeling we were being helped to understand the product and process . . not feeling any pressure to complete a purchase. At the end of that first contact, we had not even been asked about getting a quote or making purchase. We requested a quote after hearing about the product and having all our question’s answered. After Elijah came to our home, provided more detail and presented a fair quote, we didn’t hesitate to accept it. We were confident in him as a person, his experience and the thoroughness we felt he would put into making the project a success. The M&P website combined with emails and a schedule-confirming phone call just prior to the install date left us with no uncertainty about what we needed to do prior to and after the work and what to expect during the installation. Elijah and his team arrived on time, were meticulous, adhered to strict application criteria regarding moisture content prior to beginning the installation, mitigated an issue with regard to concrete moisture content before proceeding, made sure each step of the process was done correctly, thoroughly cleaned the site when finished, and even offered to answer more questions if necessary. The finished product is beautiful and has a limited lifetime warranty from Penntek, the material manufacturer. We highly recommend the team at M&P Concrete Coatings.
