What a joy Derick was to work with. He was personable as well as knowledgeable. My floors are ceramic tile, and the grout was so dirty I did not think restoration was possible. I was so wrong! The floors look like they did 20 years ago. Thanks Derick!!

Sir Grout sealed my shower, but their product only worked on about 90%of it the other 10% would not seal even after 4 return visits. They did try very hard to make it work. Apparently their product doesn’t work well on unsanded grout. In the end they did refund my money. The part that sealed works great to bad it couldn’t work on the whole shower.

Sir Grout did an excellent job of removing and replacing the sealant in our shower. It looks like new! The technician was extremely careful to jot make a mess and explained what he was doing step by step. I highly recommend them.

I came to visit my parents for Thanksgiving since the whole family will be coming to their home for the holiday. Their kitchen floor needed some cleaning! I asked their neighbors if they knew anyone who could help and that’s when they recommended Sir Grout Tacoma. I called and spoke to Mason about what I needed done. He was very personable and gave me a quote the same day. I let him know I needed it done before Thanksgiving and he was able to fit me right in. My parents kitchen and bathroom tile look brand new now! I definitely recommend Mason to anyone who needs good quality work done right! Thank you!!
