I had a great experience with Rose Restoration. The project manager, Justin and the technicians Mario and Alex were all courteous and did a great job to fix my granite countertop. I am very happy with the final product.

Did a very nice job on a chessboard marble top for me that sat outside for a decade; sentimental value led me to see whether we could rescue it. Took about 5 hours of work cleaning, sanding down, then polishing. They sent Jose to our house (told me moving it might crack it), he did a great job and cleaned up afterwards very thoroughly. Looks great now, will have to keep up with sealants to keep it from deterioration. However, it was pricey. Hope Jose gets a big bonus.

We hired Rose Restoration to “clean up” a marble tile foyer area. Never having had marble flooring before, we had lots of questions. Justin was very knowledgeable and explained everything very patiently–honed vs polished finish, hairline cracks and what to do about them, sealer and continuing maintenance. Mario came to do the work and did a spectacular job; his experience working with stone was obvious. The price was reasonable and we are thrilled with the results. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Rose Restoration for residential granite restoration. My 16 year old black granite countertops were dull and chipped. Several companies said they could not repair the chips. Rose Restoration was the only company that was not only able to clean my countertops but repair the chips and restore my countertops like new. They were very professional, their team was great, and I appreciate their flexibility in accommodating a last minute scheduling change. I’m very pleased with their work!

The work was good, but customer service severely lacking. Hard to get an appointment for crew to return when there’s a problem. Tried to contact them several times to return to a property for a “phase2” but no return calls or response. Very disappointing.
