The guys from Mr. Sandless did are floors today and they look better today than they did brand new 12 years ago. No sanding and they finished the job in less than 6 hours. I had some scratched up wood floors with some areas with no top coat left and I wanted to get the floors in my whole house . I received estimates from different companies that were very high and would require me and my furniture to move out of my house for many days which would add substantially to the overall cost. These were given without even looking at my floors. Chip from Mr. Sandless came to my house to look at the floors and gave me a much more reasonable estimate that would have me out of my house just for the day. He worked with Trenton Mack to move my furniture in and out the same day. Both teams worked together and were awesome. The floors are beautiful and look new. The whole process including the moving of furniture was very smooth and easy. I am very pleased with the results and highly recommend Mr. Sandless Columbia!

We have been getting estimates to refinish our wooden floors for a few months. Our floors were installed around 20 years ago and were getting pretty rough, with a few water stains, lots of scratches, and the finish wearing off in several places. Estimates ran from 5,000 to 12,000. Ran across Mr. Sandless on-line and thought we would give it a try – at 1/3 to 1/8 the cost of total refinishing, it didn’t seem like much of a risk. Chip and his team started at 8:30 as promised and finished early at about 4:30. Couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The water stains were gone, along with the scratches. We only notice a few shadows of scratches, but that’s because we knew there were there. We had the wood darkened over the original honey color and it came out exactly as we hoped. The top coat is perfect. Would highly recommend Midstate and Mr. Sandless. Great process, eliminates 3-4 days in a hotel and saves lots of money.
