Sales rep was thorough and did not denigrate the competition but showed why Gator Guard was a better product. Although we somehow didn’t get the advance communication reminders about our job we were supposed to, the team who came and did the actual work were highly professional, helpful, communicative and did the superb job that was promised. We are happy we chose Gator Guard!

I am so happy with my new garage floor! It is beautiful and exactly what I hoped for. The experience was great from the initial meeting to explain the process to the installation by a team of very professional craftsmen: Anthony, Zach, Nate and Joey. They repaired a lot of cracks and pitting and it looks like a completely new floor. I highly recommend this company.

Anthony and Zach showed up at the time they contacted me with and went straight to work. They were very professional and polite. They explained the process to me and answered all of my questions throughly. Before leaving I was asked to look at the job they performed and I was more than pleased with the outcome. I know the men in my neighborhood are going to be envious! Thanks Jon, Anthony and Zach I would also like to add that when Jon came out to give an estimate he was very knowledgeable about the product. Well, let’s just say that he’s the reason I went with Gator Guard.

Love the look of the product but the sales process took way too long to get quote and final installation. The installation crew does a good job, but the sales process is frustrating trying to get a callback and quotes. Reached out to management with my frustrations with the sales process and never received a response. *Update – management did reach out to address my issues with the sales process and have told me they have updated their sales process to ensure customers are no longer waiting on quotes and rescheduling installation. I’ve upped it from 2 to 4 stars simply because they were responsive after this review to my concerns.

I had 3 areas done by Gator Guard and the floors turned out beautifully. Darius, Anthony and Zac were all very professional and pleasant and cleaned up everything they had to remove. It is certainly worth the time and investment and I am extremely pleased with the outcome!! Thank you so much!!
