Victor Smith Remodeling and Construction a month agoWe hired Victor for a second time to remodel a master bathroom in a house we had just moved in to. He had remodeled a previous master bath and did such a great job that I knew I could trust his work. And once again, we love our new bathroom. His quality of work and attention to detail are exceptional and we really appreciated how he cleaned up at the end of every day so that dust and debris would not track through the rest of the house. He is very creative and offered ideas/suggestions when I would have trouble making decisions. He stuck to his cost estimate and finished the project within the timeframe that he gave us up front. He even had some extra time at the end of the project so we hired him to replace our back deck, and he did a great job on that project as well. We’ll definitely use him for future projects.

SR Developers a month agoI’ve worked with SR Developers on two different projects. These guys are wonderful. I’ve used other contractors in the past with mixed results. Often, as a woman, contractors have tried to gaslight me, saying they never agreed to something or have charged surprise fees, etc. Sam, who leads the company, has never once done that and it’s so refreshing! All details clearly outlined up front, all prices are fair, and the work is high quality. SR Developers have earned my trust, and that’s no easy feat. You’ll be glad you entrusted your project to them.

Schuon Kitchens and Baths, Inc. 3 years agoSchoun Kithchens and Baths remodeled my kitchen in the spring and summer of 2020. I would never have believed that I could finish a major remodel and be perfectly 100% happy with my contractor. From start to finish Hans Schuon was creative, patient and considerate. Our project manager, Tracy, was professional and very skilled. Hans and all of his people including the subcontrators were professional, respectful, and on time. He designed and executed a kitchen that suits me exactly and he did it on time and for what I wanted to pay in spite of the fact that were were smack dab in the middle of the COVID mess. I was also very impressed with his honesty. At one point in the invoicing I was credited several thousand dollars for demolition work that was in the original bid but ultimately unneccessary. I would never have known that we didn’t need all that had been charged for demo. He could have kept that money and I would never have been the wiser. I don’t think very many contractors would have done the same. After our kitchen was complete, we had a catastrophic material failure that was in no way the fault of Schuon Kitchens. Instead of leaving me to fight it out with the manufacturer, Hans Schoun intervened in on my behalf and got my problem solved. Working with all of them was really a pleasure. I wish I had another kitchen for them to renovate.!

Ranney Blair Weidmann Remodeling 3 weeks agoThe level of detail and professionalism from Ranney Blair exceeded my expectations, and really took the stress out of the project. Darius was a great project manager and was very communicative throughout the whole process. RB was great at listening to a vision and then putting it into a very functional finished product. Quality, budget, schedule were all extremely well executed and our overall expectations were exceeded!

ProServe Construction 2 months agoIt took almost 1 year to complete a “12-week” project, and it cost almost double what was quoted. AVOID!!!!
