Initially we loved the results. But over the next few days a deep crack developed. I let James know right away, but here we are after about 10 emails and texts and TWO MONTHS later and he still has not responded. Oh, he responded a month ago that he has been busy and will get to me soon. There is also a change in the texture and sheen around every post (all 8 of them) on the patio. It is quite visible. He promised there would not be any visible cracks and he just did not live up to his promises.

Our house came with the most awful concrete red paint job around our pool, as you can see in the photos. We went over all of our options for resurfacing with Ken and James and settled on a flat epoxy coat that would give us a pebble-like finish. The end result was spectacular and completely transformed our pool area. It was a big job, and for some steps required more than one crew on site. James was dedicated to getting it right and we appreciate the way his teams work together. Highly recommend Central Coast Polishing & Restoration.

James & his crew did an amazing job with my garage floors. They recently did my entire home with the ‘Grind & Seal’ process, which I was very satisfied about. Once he finished the job, he showed me the different flake systems I can do in my garage to make it stand out. I seen his previous work of the garages, and colors, which made me want to do mine without hesitation. Let me tell you, BEST DECISION YET! I can’t believe I didn’t do it sooner. I HIGHLY recommend Central Coast Polishing to do any of your future concrete work and will Definitely be calling them back to do more!

These guys are the best! They arrive early, are very clear and professional. They do an amazing job that can not be beat. Ken will take great care of your job and Carlos and Eddie will complete it efficiently. Highly recommend this crew!
