We are THRILLED with our new floor! From the first phone call through the completion of the job, ROGO’S customer service and execution was outstanding. Gilbert came to the house and helped us understand the options available. Robert in the showroom helped us make color and style choices. Orlando and Carlos who did the job were efficient and friendly. A great experience and new floor!

Rogo’s just completed installation of concrete overlay in my home and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I will be installing floorboards next week. Julio and Jesus are outstanding craftsmen, the project manager Richard was cool to work with, and the prices and financing options are very fair. I highly suggest them for your flooring needs.

We were very pleased with the results of the concrete overlay. Rogos worked well with us to choose the right color/pattern and the workmen did a great job on installing it in a very timely manner. One complaint is their unwillingness to help solve a sidewalk channel problem. Now that the job is complete the problem is more difficult to address. I should have insisted from the beginning that this be taken care of which was my bad.

Unfortunately I purchased some product from them and they overestimated the quantity. Once it was installed, only 2/3 of what I purchased was actually delivered. When I notified them about it nobody contacted me back or took care of the mistake.

He was responsive, informative, knowledgeable, and kept me updated on the entire process the whole way through. Mr. Phillipe installed the flooring and took an extraordinary amount of care in providing the floor I wanted.
