Carpetland did an amazing job on our kitchen floor, Mike Hartnell the installer was on time, communicated very well, and the work was very professional. Jacqueline was the sales person I worked with, and words cannot describe how hard she worked for me. She is very friendly, transparent, and the lady knows carpet, tile and floors. Even though the price was a LITTLE high, it was so worth it. I have used this company before, and I will for sure use them again! Thank you, Jacqueline, and Carpetland!

Terrible experience from start to finish. Quote was incorrect, communication terrible, and they subcontract which means substandard install. Installer broke a towel holder in the kitchen nicked up door frame, parked the truck in the driveway which leaked oil onto the drive way. Installer did not rinse his sponge while applying grout and to this day I have grout haze on the tile. Rude service manager who I quote “no matter what I do you won’t be happy” left and told me to keep scrubbing the floor to get the grout haze off. There is even more horrible issues to lengthly to go on about so I’m sure you get the idea. Won’t use again would never recommend this business to my worst enemy!

Let me say that Barb and I are extremely happy with the whole carpet purchase process that we experienced with you and Carpetland. The product selection and professional treatment we received from Tami was excellent. Tami found our previous history with Carpetland from 9 years ago and she guided us through the matching process. She also took the time to provide information to our questions when we were considering alternative flooring options. Thank you. Our carpet was installed on Monday, May 5, 2024. The crew of Tito and Luiz were personable and very professional. They worked very diligently and I was especially pleased with the install of the stairs by Tito. I had a wonderful experience at Carpetland with Bruce Ludwig! He helped me find the perfect bathroom flooring and tiles for my shower walls that was great and affordable; he intently listened to everything I was looking for and was extremely knowledgable on all the materials. Can not say enough great things about this place and Bruce, highly recommend going here if you need to spruce up your home!
