If you are interested in beautiful oriental rugs this is the place to go! Mr. Adabi is wonderful. Ignore the bad reviews. People posting them are NOT Adabi’s customers. They are unfairly posting bad reviews for this business because they are customers of the Sir hookah bar next door who are illegally parking in clearly marked reserved parking spaces and being towed by rules of Tyco Park management. Mr. Adabi has absolutely nothing to do with illegally parked cars being towed and in no way financially benefits from the towing. Signs are prominently posted. Here’s a crazy idea: Read the signs, follow the rules, do not park illegally and your car won’t be towed. People who think the rules don’t apply to them and outright ignore the signs deserve to have their car towed. Don’t blame anyone else for your stupidity.

I have never seen something like this in my life. Who would buy rugs anyways even worse, how would over 20 people buy rugs at the same time. It’s obvious that your business is loosing money and you envy your neighbors !!! So pathetic and unethical !!!

The rug collection at Adabi’s is absolutely beautiful and at great prices. I went with my brother just to look and ended up buying one myself too. The handmade Persian rugs that they have are works of art and I find myself wanting to go back just to look and appreciate all that artistry. Mr. Adabi was so kind and helpful. I would definitely buy here again! I want to get a bigger home just to fit more of their rugs in.

I was looking at the rugs when I wanted to buy some food today and I didn’t understand when your shop closed why you let towing company come after people who parked in empty available spots After seeing this I have no plans recommending anyone buying from you. Maybe you need to work something out with other shops around you and let their costumers park

What a great experience researching and buying an Oriental rug from Mr. Adabi. There is such a wealth of knowledge and history to every piece. Mr. Adabi gently guides you through the process…where the rug is from, the design, the materials and other knowledge in order to help the buyer to understand what one is buying. They are pieces of art. My husband and I have purchased several rugs from Mr. Adabi and we have appreciated the time and expertise that Mr. Adabi has given us. We love them as Oriental rugs as well as pieces of art.

I have outfitted almost my entire house in rugs from Mr. Adabi’s store. He is very pleasant and honest to work with. He was able to find just what we wanted and work within our budget every time. I would not shop for rugs anywhere else in the DC area.

Recently purchased an 8’x10′ from Adabi for my home. He’s been in the business for a long time and it’s very evident through his knowledge and expertise. Made buying a rug more of an enjoyable experience for me than a tiresome process, which I appreciated. Would recommend to friends and family.
