My first set of hardwood floors from this company was May 2005, based on a family recommendation. I couldn’t have been more thrilled. I kept their contact and receipt because of the fair price and beautiful installation. Now almost 20 years later I called them for an estimate at my new house. I was shocked that I still got an amazing quote. I didn’t even shop around this time. Instillation was quick, clean and beautiful. I was surprised to see how well the new floors matched the other existing throughout the house. Honest business. Definitely recommend. Thank you Arian!

Mattress & Carpet Express did a great job installing engineered hardwood floor in our house. Ari explained in detail the whole process, provide valuable suggestions and even involved his very competent installer Robin in the discussions. Robin and Melvin installed the hardwood floor superbly in 2.5 days ahead of the scheduled promised. I highly recommend Mattress and Carpet Express.

We just finished getting our hardwood installed and had a great experience. From beginning to end Arian and Robin and the team did an amazing job removing the vinyl and carpet and also the linoleum floors and installing the hardwood and wood treads on the stairs. We love the way it looks and it makes the space much bigger for some reason.

Reading all these wonderful reviews led us to contacting Carpet Express in the first place. And after working with Arian and his team, I understand why this is a 5-star company. Our job was small…we wanted to replace the carpet on 2 sets of stairs in our 3-level townhome. When I called Carpet Express the first time, Arian answered the phone. He was friendly, knowledgeable and informative…but above all, he was passionate. He is passionate about his business, about carpet trends, about interior decoration and about helping his customers make the best decision for their home. Arian goes above and beyond…and he is very flexible. The day we went into his store to look at the carpet samples, Arian showed us a range of options to fit our style and budget. He was sincere and honest when we asked for ideas and recommendations, and we did not feel pressured to make any decisions while we were there. He even offered to bring some samples to our home (at our convenience) so we could look at them there. We took him up on that offer and when he came to our house with the samples, he patiently waited for me to consider every possible color and style he brought over. Once we selected a carpet and it was ordered, Arian was very flexible in scheduling the installation for a time and date that was convenient to us, as we wanted to complete some painting before installing the new carpet. Throughout this entire experience, Arian was always very responsive by phone and text. On installation day, his installers arrived exactly on time. They were professional, courteous, conscientious and they worked fast…and they gave off a happy energy and vibe. The end-result looks fantastic! The quality of work and materials combined with competitive pricing and stellar customer service is a winning combination. And while our job was small, Arian made us feel like this was the most important job on his schedule. Top tier Customer service is alive and well. I almost want to buy more flooring just to work with Arian and his team again!
