Extremely unprofessional. We called them to see if they could come and give us a quote, and they said we had to come into the store ourselves. We told them we lived about an hour away in Fort Worth, which is where we needed the carpets installed, but they still said we needed to come in to see the inventory in person. We drove all that way because they came highly recommended by friends who live nearby. Once we got there, they told us that we live too far away for them to install for us. Something they could have told us over the phone before we drove over an hour, when we told them multiple times that we lived in West Fort Worth. They clearly don’t care about your time or business.

You will never have to worry about seeing anybody else home with the same furniture as you because it’s very Unique and expensive. I’m not sure about the carpeting I’ve never got carpet from here but I have bought a coffee table from here before which is unique Time well spent brousing., they have gorgeous furniture here.

We purchased a home in the area and had the “Salesperson” to our home twice to measure. Both times he had different numbers and we had him quote the higher sqft just to be save. Things did not add up for me so I personally remeasured and knew he was wrong. I then go back to the store and state his numbers are wrong and we are told we have more than enough carpet to cover our home. So we approve the quote and then the nightmare begins. When they came to install the carpet, they were short a complete room as well as a couple of closets as well. They had to order the carpet and after a week they were finally able to complete the install. Thankfully all the painting was done in the house prior to the new carpets being installed otherwise they would have covered the new carpet. They wanted me to pay more because they were short and I refused stating I was quoted a price, had him come out twice to measure and we told on multiple occasions that he was short carpet. He finally agreed and we received our bills stating the bill has been paid in full. Will NEVER use this place again and I do not recommend them at all. They were referred to me by a realtor and man did I learn my lesson.
