What an incredible experience! No high pressure sales just superior customer service and excellent knowledge of what we needed. Replaced carpet with hardwood and Ms. Sarah helped us with industry expertise that is second to none. Samuel did the install and he transformed our space. So professional, clean and works efficiently! Samuel even made our custom closet finally look custom. Start to finish, I highly recommend Floor Mart West for all your flooring needs and upgrades.

EPIC…WOW..AND EVERYTHING IN BETWEEN. I’d have to write a book on how exceptional Floor Mart West and their employees are. From inception, Sarah was hands on, so very polite, and knowledgeable regarding the flooring industry. She held our hand from start to finish and never wavered in her commitment to see our project to the finish line, all while being so caring and proficient. Now Todd though…you will not EVER find anyone on this planet who can measure areas like he can. He came out to do our quote in the pouring rain, on a Friday afternoon, using the old school way of measuring…his brain and a measuring tape. Y’all, please, before you ever look anywhere else for flooring try Floor Mart West first, and make them your only stop. Hands down we got Coretec LVP and Mohawk Smart Strand for waaaaay less than their competitors. How about Sabino and his team…you will not find a crew more respectful of your home and space, or more diligent in their resolve to complete a job well done. When I tell you they work, they work. They spend the time allotted to ensure we’re getting what we asked for, and the quality of their work is second to none. I could write a series on Floor Mart West, but you’ll have to meet them all in person to see for yourselves that Southern hospitality is at the heart of what they do, and why they’ve been in business for more than 40 plus years. Each time we visited the showroom, emailed, called, or texted, we were greeted with such genuine warmth. There’s no one on this planet, that will deliver such exceptional service at a price that no competitor can ever compete with. FLOOR MART WEST IS THE GOAT IN THE FLOORING INDUSTRY AND SETS THE BAR SO HIGH, THAT NO OTHER COMPANY WILL EVER COMPARE.

My experience to date has been fantastic and I’m sure it will continue to be well after my carpet is installed. Lisa, Todd and Tammy have all been very nice to work with. After discussing my carpet desires with Lisa, she gave me a very accurate ball park of the costs and Todd was able to come out (that same day) to measure my rooms! I took the weekend to review all the quotes I had gotten and on Monday, Lisa gave me a courtesy call (the only quote provider to do so) to follow up. Floor Marts quote was indeed several hundred more than another quote for the exact same carpet; however, based in their friendliness, quickness, amount of time spent with me and their willingness to “fine tune” my quote, I was more than willing to spend my $ with them vs the cheaper alternative! I will update my post once the carpet is installed, but I have no doubt the experience will be equally as pleasing at it has been so far! Update. Carpet has been installed and it. Is. AMAZING! LOVE IT! Highly recommend using Floor Mart West for all your flooring needs!

Lisa was able to help me match the carpet I needed to replace in my RV slide floor. She also suggested a gentleman to me near by to cut it to fit and put some binding on for me. Very happy with the service and pricing.

I have been doing business with Floor Mart West for years. They just very recently replace flooring for me in 4 bedroom, 2 hallways, and the stairs. Their selection is excellent, their product knowledge is excellent, and their installers are second to none. They actually did the entire installation, including removal of the old flooring, in one day. They are not a high stress sales type of store. They are helpful and going into their store is more like going into someone’s home rather that a glitzy over lit big box place. Simply put they are fair and reasonable and do what they say they will do every time.
