No pressure enviorment. Jerry makes you feel right at home. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. And then Nick the installer was excellent, friendly, great at installing. Would use them again.

We spent a lot of time talking to Jerry, got along with him quite well. He installed one room, OK. Runner for the stairs? For some reason, he thought we wanted treads although we specifically stated several times we wanted a runner. Not only did he call me a liar when I said a runner, he charged us for the wasted material for HIS mistake. Dishonest, ignorant, and greedy. NEVER AGAIN.

Very satisfied with work , as long as your present . We recommend him to our son who was moving back to the area . Jerry’s men were putting in new floors. Since no one was living in the house yet they had free rein . They proceeded to cut ,saw all flooring in the house. Instead of going in the garage or out on the patio . When we went to check on the work we couldn’t believe what we found. We ended up paying a cleaning company $700 to go in and clean the house. My son and wife were moving in with a infant and a 13 month old child. No one could of lived in these conditions . When Jerry was contacted he would not go to the home to see for himself . Asked him to pay half the bill he refused . But when my son went over the bill he found Jerry made a mistake and cheated himself out of thousands of dollars . That was a different story , my son paid him what he owed . He wouldn’t cheat anyone . Jerry on the other hand left a bad taste for us . Not only would I not recommend his business, I tell people what kind of man he is . Beware !

This was probably the best carpet experience I’ve had. Jerry came and measured, helped me pick out my carpet, and got the job scheduled sooner than he promised. Nick was the installer and was friendly and fast. He finished two bedrooms, a hall, and steps in half a day by himself. I highly recommend.

Great customer service. Something you don’t see anymore. We used Jerry for 6 different jobs, including replacing 2000 square feet of carpet in a luxury townhouse. Jerry is personally involved with every install. You can’t get much better. Highly recommend!!

I just want to give a shout out to Jerry’s Comfort Flooring in Scranton for finally repairing our staircase runner… Several of our dogs have taken their turn at pulling at it over the years… and I’ve been looking for someone for over a year to fix this & I was constantly told the job wasn’t big enough, or they were afraid to touch it because of the turn of the steps. Many would come out & I’d never hear from them again. So happy with the results! I will definitely be using them the next time we need carpeting!
