New owner lots of comings and goings rats don’t seem to be as bad,no on site matanance anymore rent has to be paid on line very big hassle! Nice place to visit but I wouldn’t want to live there…

Great prices and nice selection. No you’re not going to a high end designer store, but you’re not paying high end prices. You should have some idea what you’re looking for and you’ll be guided in the right direction. I’m a female who shopped there alone and never felt disrespected or treated badly in anyway. Bob was very friendly and helpful.

Ok, so don’t expect your usual shopping experience. This is kind of like going to a garage sale for carpet (and other flooring). But if you don’t mind looking through the samples in the warehouse, then you might find a better quality carpet for less money. You are just limited to whatever is in stock at the time and don’t expect anyone to roll out the “red carpet” for you.

The worst shopping experience I’ve ever had to endure. I wouldn’t even give them one star. I would not recommend going into this shop if you happen to be a female, the associates were disrespectful and plain rude to both myself and my mother while we tried to shop for carpet. Their sexist – I’m better than you and you can’t possibly know what you’re talking about- attitude was sickening. The remnant selection was not good and there are plenty of places with much better pricing. I wish I never would have set foot in that shop. I do NOT recommend Floors Plus.
