My wife and I own and operate a local small business. We needed carpet remnants for a project we are completing for a customer. They were very professional and knowledgeable. When I’m to get some information. Rather than being rude because we weren’t ready to purchase, the gentleman was very helpful. He was also very knowledgeable and explained several things to us that we had not considered. He also showed my wife exactly what she has been looking for. We plan on starting in a week or two.

I have worked with these guys when I first wanted to replace some carpet in my home. I only had half of my home done at first and recently went back and they still had measurements from the first install couple years later which was a plus. This was one example of what made the experience a plus. On the day of the install they called to let me know there was a mixup on my order and they would need to reschedule. They were able to get the matter resolved shortly after and complete the install just a week later. Thankful for them working with me to get my issues resolved. Definitely recommend them for prospective clients.
