Great customer service, greeted with a smile. Very helpful on picking out a good carpet. They had me scheduled for installation a week after purchase and the installer showed up on time and was very nice. They removed our old carpet for a very reasonable price. He was courteous of our home and did a great job laying the carpet. I am extremely satisfied with the look and feel of what I purchased. I will definitely be a repeat customer and I highly recommend this business. Great job all the way around. Thank you

called them to get someone out for an estimate person on phone said he would call us back that friday on the next monday.well a week has past the monday.just another business with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! i guess they have too much $ dont need the business

I have had Perry Flooring install three areas of carpet so far including steps. I can’t express how please I am with how everything has turned out. In the beginning we had a small issue to overcome with this being said the owner came out and made sure everything was done perfectly. I will be using them again for another room here! Great customer service and will recommend to anyone. 3/23/2022

I had super good faith with all of the amazing reviews but our experience has been TERRIBLE. The wrong material was ordered and I noticed when the kitchen was halfway complete, not the installers fault and they lost a day of work because of this error. They came back the next day with the correct material and completed 2 hours of work which led up to an entire Saturday to finish the job. Unprofessional, reeked of weed and left a giant mess for us to clean up as well as cancelled plans. Not to mention a leaking pipe in the basement from the toilet that we now have to deal with! We were charged $4k up front and the owners have every excuse imaginable not to refund us for work that wasn’t done and the huge inconvenience. Lawyer up if you want to deal with this company!
