Would NOT recommend it! I chose HF to patronize a small business. I should have gone with Lowes like I intended. The owner, Leroy Hart, claims to have 50 yrs of experience but does not explain there will be a gap that needs to be filled in after removing the carpet and installing LVP. Now, I have huge gaps in the paneling around the base of my doors. He kept putting off the installation until I requested a refund of my deposit. There are gaps in between my planks that are not aesthetic. I dont understand how the planks dont touch when they fit together like puzzel pieces. When I brought these to his attention while on-site, he said he would address them. However, the gaps are still there. He does not communicate with his clients very well. I had to call multiple times after paying the deposit to even get the floor installed. Even though he gives his call number as a contact, you have to call the shop and speak with an attendant who relays messages back and forth. I ordered the planks on Aug 22. He gave me mid-Sept for the installation but wasn’t until mid-Oct. The first date, he gave as the install date, he had to call back and reschedule b/c he would be out of town. The next date he gave I had to call to find out he wasn’t coming b/c it was going to rain. The next appointment, I had to call again and again found out he wasn’t going to make or he was going to be late b/c he had to correct an issue with another install his workers did. The installation lasted 2 days, and he was late by 1hr on both days. During the initial walk through, we asked him about the floor pops and soundproofing, which he said could be corrected when installing the new floor. Neither were addressed and sounds worse. Parts of the floor is lifting up. There were globs of glue with tissue it let in places throughout the install areas. There is more but I will stop here.

Leroy Hart is a super nice Christian man who has a wonderful flooring store! He has loads of experience! Give him a call when you need flooring; you’ll be happy you did! Audrey, in customer service, is most professional, and a pleasure to chat with.

4 years after install, flooring still separates, unresponsive until attorney General engaged even after they fixed, still separates with glue stains,vcrap show

Laid flooring for me and linoleum started peeling in areas not even walked on,called the store,and the cell numbers to speak with owner a number of times. I would not recommend harts flooring to anyone.
