Great selection with reasonable prices and quick service. I cannot say enough about what a pleasant and efficient experience I had with A-1. If you prefer to support small businesses for home improvement projects, I highly recommend going with them. Mike and his family are welcoming, patient and very good at what they do. I put off getting new carpeting for several years because I thought the process would be tedious, but that was not the case. I visited the showroom on a Monday and had new carpeting installed one week later. Not to mention the rip-out and installation job was completed in just one hour. Very satisfied with the entire experience as well as the end result! My new carpet looks terrific.

We chose A-1 because it’s a family owned business and my in laws had used them for their entire upstairs in their home. We walked into A-1 and were greeted by the cutest pup ever and met with Mike. Mike was great and knew exactly what we were looking for. He made it so easy for us, as I thought it would be overwhelming like picking out paint colors 😂 We picked out the new carpet together and booked for the following week. Installation was quick and easy, I literally showed them the room and took my two pups for a walk and they were done by the time I got back! They did an awesome job and were a great family. Now our new bedroom carpet looks & feels amazing!!!

Excellent family to do business with! I have a crazy schedule but got off of work early one day and was able to speak with Mike about some new flooring that would be good for heavy dog traffic. He showed me some options while another gentleman gave me a book to take home and told me to go online and try the flooring in my room online. I called on a Friday to inform them I would be off the following Saturday I was told to call Saturday morning and Bob would be able to help me. I called & Bob came over and took the measurements with no pre-appointment I was able to go back to the store and get some large sample boards and take them home and see how they looked in the lighting in my house awesome customer service by all the staff. Starting in August 24, 2023 Mike called me back with a price for the work I needed done. Him & his staff Sabrina & Bob were absolutely awesome. Fortunately & unfortunately for me when Sabrina & crew came by to lay the floor down my subflooring was rotted & when I asked about the kitchen I was told my dishwasher was placed under the subfloor & if the floor was put in & the dishwasher failed or needed to be replaced (which I was planning on) the floor, countertops & cabinets would have to be ripped out. Wait! What?! Dayum! Wasn’t expecting that. Because of their honesty & integrity I later found out that The back room was improperly installed on a wooden deck that is rotting and sinking into the ground so now my back room has to be demolished and rebuilt! UGHH!! And to think all because I wanted a new floor. Soooooo! Now all these months later I’m still figuring out what needs to be remodeled & what actually can be remodeled. Not having fun yet. But I’m grateful for A-1 Carpets help with giving me a contractor’s number & working with my crazy work schedule. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Had a great experience with the folks at A-1. They made everything really easy for me. The price was fair and installation was easy to schedule. The carpet looks great and my stairs are no longer crickety! Happy customer!

The folks at A1 are amazing. I had issues with flooring purchased and installed by another contractor. A1 came in and saved the day. Each and every one there is such a pleasure to work with. They have a customer for life. Thank you A1!!!!!!!

I went to A1 carpet and met a family working side by side which is so nice to see when you work with a business. They were all super helpful,polite and down to earth. VERY FRIENDLY. I was debating what flooring to do and decided on the carpet I saw there super soft and beautiful. They had a beautiful selection. I called today and they cut and delivered it within an hour for my contractors. They were awesome. I would highly recommend working with this family!!!!! They made our day! THANK YOU!
