They received me very good but they need a better location with space to receive stuff park by the road it’s not safe especially for semi trucks but nice people

Great service easy curb side pick up. They have a forklift and set a pallet of tile in my van right on Bowery. Great employees.

Worst service ever. Placed an order with Sino and told them to ship my order to his Brooklyn location since my job is a few blocks away from the BK location. Owner ended up calling me back and requested that I must come into the city and pick up the material from his NYC location. He refused to send material to his brooklyn location and refused to ship material via fed ex or ups. I even offered to pay shipping. The New York city location has heavy construction going on outside, for blocks and blocks. You cant park or even stand anywhere near the store and Police are on every corner. Owner told me to call when I was on the way and he would have his guys bring the material out to the curb and load into my truck. Started to drive to location called the store, phone lines are disconnected in both BK and NYC location. Couldn’t reach him for two hours. Id had no where to stand or park to run into the store for one minture to let me know I was outside. Owner also refused to give me an email address or his cell phone number when I placed the order. I had to circle around the store for two hours. Finally I saw him outside with his guys, he knows my truck and just Ignored me. Ended up having to park my truck in a garage 8 blocks away, after circling the street for two hours around the store. Ignored me, Even after I got his attention while he was outside with his guys. When I walked into the store I was very upset and all they did was laugh. Don’t ever place an order from this company. There Phone lines are disconnected at both NYC and Brooklyn location. Owner refuses to help customers.
