The owner was rude and not helpful. I think he didn’t want to sell to me because I was female, younger, and a person of color overall a horrible experience. He kept walking away from me, and would not even hear or offer a solution to help me find what kind of carpet I needed. I would rather deal with a big box door, such as Home Depot

11/8/2023, I Bought a stair runner, it cost $1600… the edge binding pulled off in two weeks, the carpet was not tucked tight and not squared” on the steps. The binding also was not squared with the design of the carpet..I sent photo, they then sent the installer to confirm…He agreed to have it all redone…it is now weeks later, I called the office and the girl said “I don’t know anything about it” She was going to look into it and get back to me in a hour, that was at 10:30. Am..it is now. 4:00, I called once again and she is not there, a message was taken by a Spanish gentleman that had difficulty understanding me…I am very frustrated and would Never buy from this company!

Avoid using this store–salespeople LIE about the time it takes to complete a job and don’t even bother to help you when you call–they blame the installers. A one day job is now on day 5 and my wife had to call/text the installer to find out he was too busy to come today—are you kidding me???!!! That means day 6 tomorrow. Installers do good work but don’t bring enough material, show up late, leave early. Very dishonest company and I would AVOID PATRONIZING THEM at ALL COSTS. So sorry I still have work scheduled with them I already paid for. They DON’T care about their customers at all.

Poor workmanship, installers blamed salesman. They don’t follow-up to see if you are satisfied. Just want your money.

I went to their showroom on tuesday and had carpet installed after 2days. They are very helpful and chose the one that fits my budget. Awesome!

I purchased a laminated floor from Carpet Depot, I set up the installation schedule and it was done the next day as scheduled. Great service!
