We needed a portion of a special order runner bound. Sam bound it for us at Carpet My Way in 10 minutes. He also reinforced certain areas that were already bound. Service was excellent! We will certainly work with them for future carpet needs!

Sam was very professional and accommodating. I brought my carpet in thinking it needed to be binded but Sam took a look and determined that it only needed to be cut. Instead of me leaving it and coming back a week later, he did it for me on the spot!! These guys are very knowledgeable and have a lot of experience. For any carpet services you need, this is the place to go.

I didn’t meet Sam but he was very helpful on the phone and arranged for me to bring my area rug to his store. At the store, Nick was very nice, quick and did an amazing job on the rug. I couldn’t even tell it was altered. Thanks guys!

I was blown away by the time and care Sam took in helping me accomplish a small task. I have a unique NYC apt and I needed a tiny rug rebound on one side to fit this small nook in our apartment. I called several places trying to find someone who could rebind the edge for me and no one wanted to take on such a small project. Sam answered my call personally, and worked with me through several calls to get a fantastic outcome! On top of all that, he brought my rug to NYC for me. I will not hesitate to refer friends and family to my way carpet as they go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. Thank you, Sam!

This company is a great company to work with and they are professional. I couldn’t believe how beautiful my old scrap carpets came out after they serged the edges with the yarn. I was going to throw them away until I came across their site online; glad I did! I am going to refer you to my friends and family! Awesome job guys!! Thx My Way Carpet 🙂
