We did cash & carry for our carpet & hard floors. Sid was our sales rep ( store owner). He was awesome! We bought a fixer upper mobile home for our property up north. We picked out carpet & flooring & put a deposit on it. It took us longer to fix up than expected. We kept in contact with him & he was gracious enough to hold our carpet for over 6 months! We had checked prices in other places & this was the cheapest. The guys we had install the carpet were impressed with the padding & carpet! Thank you for your patience & keeping our carpet until we needed it! I have recommended you to others!

Always a great experience with Sid & his team. They have done carpeting in 2 of my houses. Their prices are competitive and their hours are so much better then other places. They have a great selection in their show room as well.

I went to Carpetland last week looking for vinyl sheeting for my kitchen floor. I spoke with an older gentleman who seemed to be the only person working at that time. I found just what I was looking for. So I inquired about the price for a 230 square foot kitchen. He grabbed a calculator and began adding. He handed me a card that said 2300.00. I questioned him about the price of the vinyl sheeting. He had to walk back to the area where the vinyl was to look at the price??? He then stated it was 2.79 per square foot. I asked how much was the labor, he stated 700.00 and 750+ for the tile. I said ok that 1450. I said ok, so where is the other 850.00 going to??? He stated very unkind, well u will need adhesive…really??? 850.00 worth??? I left the store, later contacted the store to talk with manager, ge stared he wasn’t in until Friday. I tried calling several times on Friday and someone kept picking up the phone and hanging it up. I found out the store owners name and hopefully he will see this review. I feel I was discriminated against, first being a black woman, and he thought he could swindle me out of my money. I’m not letting this go my no means. It was wrong and hurtful. And by the way the vinyl sheetingis only 1.79 per square foot in saginaw…beware of this man…he’s a scam and a racist!

They don’t be appear to be open. Maybe they had a family emergency. Not sure went by twice they’re not open and their store hours are on the door.

DO NOT, DO NOT do business with this company, the owner (Sid) is not a man of his word. I had a problem with my carpet that his installers had laid. We made an agreement to have the problem fixed for free or at my expense depending on what his installers determined had caused the problem. Long story short is that after talking with him twice the installers never contacted me and I have never heard back from Sid. I would have still been a customer for life if he would have kept his word and sent the installers out to fix my carpet issue which only would have required a restretch of the carpet. Now I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS THERE AGAIN, AND I AM WARNING ⚠️ YOU NOT TO DO BUSINESS THERE AS WELL !!!!!!!

This business has a wonderful selection of carpets and flooring. The prices are very reasonable and the service is amazing … within the store and the installation. I usually work with Sid (the owner), who is fantastic, but we get great customer service with any of the folks. I will shop nowhere else for my flooring needs.

“Bob” contracts off DC Complete solely to make money from others misfortune. We had water in our basement this weekend and being only 2 weeks before Christmas, we decided to just put the existing carpet back in with no pad and buy new carpet or apoxy the floor at a more appropriate time. We have yet to buy gifts for our kids and have no idea what it will cost to dry out our basement nor what our insurance is going to cover. So Bob refuses service since we don’t want to buy padding and he can’t “gaurantee” the carpet. I wasn’t looking for guarantees. Just to get on with our lives.
