1st time using this company for carpeting. Everything seemed to be going well until the install was over. At the end of the install I started looking around and found walls and handrails all scraped up. Some of the drywall paper was ripped off the drywall,because the installer was not careful when he found areas of the step stringer was painted to the wall. I understand that some stuff can happen,but having to repaint my whole house cause we had carpet installed is a joke. The carpet also had hundreds of fibers sticking up that had to be cut off. The company took 400.00 off the bill for all the damage on the landing and the handrail. I did see all the other damage til my wife wiped down all the walls cause we thought it was dust on the walls but it was scrapes in every room. Had I seen all that I would have waited til I got a price to repaint everything since most of the house was just painted. The company said you know you have to touch up after carpet is installed. That is not true. If that was the case they would never do new construction homes. Builders do all painting before carpet goes in. The company was good to work with and the installers were nice but my home suffered damage cause I used this company. In the future I think I will just try a company that has better craftsmanship. I really hoped they would be as good as their reviews but that was not the case for us. Hopefully they will have a talk with their employees about their quality of work. Also the amount of carpet loops that had to be cut because they were sticking up so high makes us feel like we got a #2 carpet and not a #1 carpet quality that we paid for.

I needed a carpet runner for my stairs. They were great and made the whole process very quick and easy. I will definitely use them in the future. I Highly recommend them!

I normally do not leave reviews. However I was so satisfied with CJ Flooring that I decided to leave one. Ali was the representative I originally spoke with at CJ Flooring. He came over that same day we spoke on the phone. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was easy to talk to and very down to earth. They redid the entire trim on our lower level. I was so impressed with their finished workmanship and professionalism. After that job was completed, I bought an additional service. They redid our master ensuite bathroom flooring and it looks fabulous! The installers for both jobs were Alejandro and his father. They arrived on time, very courteous and professional. I think most can agree, nowadays its hard to find great customer service and good workmanship. However, this company and installers were both dynamic and I highly suggest you do business with them.

We purchased flooring from Ali at CJ Flooring. We love our floors! Ali answered all our questions, their installers came when they said they would and communicated with us, it was a great experience. We will be buying flooring from them again! Thank you!

I love love LOVE this carpet! Everyone was so helpful throughout the entire process. Ali was able to answer all of my questions and provide insight on the different options. Installation was beautifully done. I cannot stop raving about this place. I’m so impressed! Very reasonably priced as well. Their customer service is another great selling point. If you’re wondering if you should get your carpet through them, I can’t recommend them enough!

We had several places in for estimates on carpet and tile work, but Ali stood-out. No high-pressure sales, honesty about the business (next day install limits selection and quality), and an unparalleled selection. We were able to order *exactly* what we wanted instead of settling for what was available & it only took a few days. The install was incredible. Alejandro and his father went way above and beyond, offering all kinds of choices as they worked (like which way did we want the tile to run), and pointed-out that a toilet we had was not going to last long instead of simply putting it back; they even gave us time to purchase a new one and installed that one in instead. The house looks amazing and we could not be happier. If you are looking for new flooring, be sure to talk to Ali before the other companies try to pressure you to settle on a choice of what they have in stock.
