We had a rental unit in bad shape and on a tight timeline. We were very happy with the sales portion of our transaction, but the promises we were made with subcontracting some side work to paint the subfloor with kilz became very frustrating. The primer ended up on our trim, walls and doors. When the primer was removed from the doors, it removed the finish. Communication dropped off and I had to clean most of the primer off myself as it wasn’t removed. The carpet itself looked wonderful but the installers did forget to cut out a vent. I did this myself, as well as removing all tack strip that was damaged that I was promised would be removed. Very frustrating experience.

We had the best experience with both Jim Rausenberger, the sales manager, and our installer Neff Lopez with Straight Edge Flooring. We had tile and carpeting installed in many rooms. They were all so friendly, helpful and we had no issues or problems with our order, getting scheduled, and our installation was so professional and well done. They were great to work with, had nice sales and great folks to get the job done right the first time. Highly recommended for new floors you go this route!
