I really appreciate a business that means what say! Carpet Direct provided a tile installer for our project, scheduled it, started when they said they would and completed the project as promised. The work was completed by a professional that did an amazing job. It’s nice to have one less worry with our home build …when you have the right people on your side. Carpet Direct & Flooring did an outstanding job for us. We needed to replace 30 year old carpet at our place in Island Park. Josh worked with us over several days (with us taking much of his time) to select the carpet and the pad. Tayson and his crew did a wonderful job moving everything, installing the carpeting, including on two set of stairs, and making the place look new again. Much thanks. Highly recommend.

Friends of ours recommended Carpet Direct. I’m so glad we went in to get carpet for our home renovation. When I walked in, someone greeted me immediately, asked what I was looking for. I told them exactly what I wanted and didn’t want and in a couple minutes I had multiple samples to take home and decide what looked best. They have multiple tiers of high quality carpet and flooring, I also love you can pick almost any carpet and they can bind it into a rug for you. We have our own installer but they provide that service as well. Josh was wonderful to work with, answered every question, knew what would work best for our space and was quick to get us a bid. When we were ready to pick up carpet, Josh had the warehouse put our order together and had it ready for us shortly after getting there. I highly recommend Josh, and Carpet Direct. We will be repeat customers.

Carpet Direct did an amazing job with our LVP and carpet installation. Both are beautiful!! I couldn’t be happier. The experience started with Michelle (who was amazing to work with) and Keegan our installer (who was also amazing). The installation of the LVP and carpet was completed with perfection!!! Everyone at Carpet Direct was very professional and very knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know!! They will not disappoint!! So happy!! Loving my new flooring and carpet!! Going through this whole process has been stressful, but these guys made it so comfortable for me! Efficient, friendly, thorough, and answered my millions of questions in a timely manner. On time, and they did an amazing job on my carpet. I wish I had some before photos, but this is what I came home to! Highly recommend using them for all of your carpet needs.
