We came in wanting to pick up carpet for a project the same day, and the salesperson was very helpful. They explained some of the differences between the different brands they had in stock, and how their system works for same day cuts of carpet. They also found samples of different carpets they had on hand that matched the colors we were looking for. Overall, everyone was very friendly and helped to make it a good buying experience.

I was really hoping for a great experience with this business but on the day the carpet was to be laid, workers arrived late. When they got there, I took the kiddos out for the day so the carpet could be put in. When I returned towards the end of the day, the workers had barely started and were no where to be found. When I called the company, they also had no idea where their employees had gone for the day and why the work was not complete. It was disappointing as I originally thought they were so kind to work with, but ultimately, they provided very poor communication and customer service in the end. Such a bummer as I really thought they were going to be a stand-up business. Perhaps just a bad day at my expense.

I was in dire need of a certain color carpet and had been all around town looking, I called and spoke with patty and she said just come in to take a look at what they had. So I made the venture down there and when I say she went above and beyond to help me find the exact color I needed! She was knowledgeable and super friendly! They just made a customer for life! We will be back!

The best customer service and product! We’ve used them once before and had no hesitation to use them again for our new home. Patty is very knowledgable and answered all of our questions. Brent did our install and he did such an amazing job! He is friendly and got it all done quickly! Highly recommend Carpet Mart for any of your flooring needs. Just go by and talk to Patty, you will understand what I mean!
