Spent one year discussing different carpet that would hold up with pets. Replacing original green sculpted carpet in family home. Anna was great during this period when I was back in town. After spending almost $9000 on better carpet/laminate everything has gone downhill. 1-2 day install turned into multiple visits and no shows due to improper install. New paint job and walls were damaged and doors replaced improperly. Over-measured areas so stuck with 2 and 1/2 boxes extra laminate; was told I could return one box and never heard back. The carpet, that cost $24 Sq yd is not holding up after less than 6 mos and is pulling/matting. The 50 year old carpet held up better!! I would not recommend this company; quality of product not as expected and install was a hot mess.

Suzette is the only employee who has great customer service, everyone else seems to not care; they are super nonchalant and dismissive about any issues the customer may have.

I called for a quote and a representative came the next day. I had the phone twice concerning the quote which was ridiculously inflated for one room with stairs. I recalled last year’s quote of $500 for the exact same room but now it’s $1000 more and it was the inexpensive carpet of 99 cents or something and still … I’ll find another company. I found another company and spent way less..

I just wanted say thank u to the ladies of carpet depot of Decatur for helping to organize and execute a job well done. Mr. Seferino came and did a fabulous job im so happy with the work he done. To anyone looking for a carpet company they can trust and will do a fabulous job carpet depot of decatur ga is the place to go. Before I went to them for my flooring needs I went to some of the big names in the business and was so disappointed by the lack of compassion and customer service that it led me to carpot depot of decatur. I promise u the reader if u want great customer service people who care about your flooring needs and great great pricing then look no further carpet depot of decatur is the place to go im so so serious they will treat u right like they did me. Thanks again a future customer for life😁😁😁

After choosing are carpet and with a time and date the same day to pay.. Our carpet was sold to someone else after arriving to carpet depot. Needless to say I was disappointed and will never use them again! Poor business techniques!

i needed some new carpet working with a limited budget at my age I was so scared. I read the reviews and they were mentioning a lady name Suzanne when I went to visit them just so happen I had a chance to work with lady in helping me find my carpet, she was so professional, and has so much knowledge of what I was needing for my home, as an lady in her 60 and never bought carpet before. i felt very comfortable with the things she was telling me I was so glad to meet her and feel comfortable around her. She knows her job when it comes to carpet and measuring for the home. when I got home, I realize that I had a lady name Suzanne who had great reviews I consider myself blessed she even came to my home and did the measurements the guys who installed my carpet were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend this place if you on a limited budget and would like someone that you can trust. Thank you so much for your time and patience in making my decision. i had not had such excellent customer service in a long time, i will always remember my experience with professionalism, kindness, and great pricing I highly recommend this place

I was pleasantly surprised even though the outside was off-putting. I loved the selection and the service. I believe the lady we spoke with was Anna. She was so informative and took the time to explain what to look for in carpeting. She quoted us on 3 samples and explained the differences.
