Only 5 stars! I’d give them at least 10 out of 10. From Rob through the installers, Gutenberg and his team, the were very professional, very personable. They were willing to go the extra mile to make sure the job was done right! Rob is a great guy, moving him inside the store, smart move! Thank you to the whole team!

Great customer service. I was looking for remanant carpet and every other store I reached out to were not helpful, these guys went and looked at their inventory and got back to me quickly. They were kind and professional. I will for sure be using them in the future for bigger jobs. Robby was a great help.

I highly recommend Simpler Carpet and Tile. We only needed tile for a small room, less than 50SF, but I couldn’t have gotten better treatment if it were for an entire house. Robby and the whole staff were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful. Simpler’s has a wide variety of different tile types, and Robby went above and beyond researching and expedite ordering the exact tile I needed. Excellent service. If you need flooring, go to Simpler Carpet and Tile.

Be very cautious dealing with this company! After sending my measurements, I was given a price from the warehouse manager to install carpet and padding. Then a lady from the office came out and added carpet in the closets (which I do not need), increasing the price significantly). When I received the second price, it increased by over $1500.00. Now they refuse to honor the first price stating, “he should not have given me the price.” Not my problem! He did! I’m currently in the process of retaining an attorney.

This was the second time that we chose to do business with Simpler Carpet & Tile. All around good company and people. We had the added bonus of meeting Linda a few months ago. She was so helpful with helping us pick our new floors (hardwood and brick), as well as with backsplash for our new kitchen. She is professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with! (We have already decided to do our bathroom renovations with Simpler Carpet & Tile in the new year)

Exceptional customer service experience from the design phase through the install. Theresa and the Simpler team stepped us through every aspect of our complete flooring remodel. Scheduling was quick and easy. The install experience was excellent with John and Alderson doing incredible work to level our subfloor and install engineered hardwood. All our questions and concerns were addressed throughout the process with great communication. We highly recommend Simpler.

We were very impressed with the customer service at the initial appointment. I could not choose a color and made several trips to the store and each time they were very helpful and friendly. Once we finally made our selection the flooring arrived quickly. The installation was very professional and I am extremely pleased with my new floors.
