They have a nice inventory of in-stock carpet that I was able to get installed very quickly. Jim was very helpful and patient. The installation crew was FAST, and did a fantastic job. The price was competitive and I’m sure glad I didn’t go to the big orange retailer. 🙂

I feel so disappointed about our experience. Jim started strong then never followed up with details to be fixed after we paid our full bill. I paid our full bill because my mother died and I didn’t have the mental capacity to loop back and follow up. Knowing this, I clarified with Jim that he would follow through, which he did not, in getting his crew out to fix some mistakes. Details were off, follow through was not there and I would not do business with them again and would not recommend.

I visited the Geary Blvd showroom, looking for some carpet to have cut into a rug that fits my room. I don’t know much about carpet, and Jim was so patient and knowledgable. He offered several options, left me to wander around the store for as long as I wanted, and answered all my questions. When the carpet arrived, there was a little snafu with the sizing. Jim went above and beyond to fix it, coming to my house himself to diagnose the issue, hand-delivering the correction just two days later, and personally ensuring that everything was absolutely perfect. You just don’t see that kind of service any more. That’s the difference between shopping locally-owned businesses versus going to a big box store: a focus on relationships and a personal touch. A wonderful experience all around. Thanks, Jim!

I needed some really discount carpet for my rented appt. (12ft x 21ft) I went in on Weds lunchtime to the Geary shop to order and the carpet was delivered next day at the time they said (8.45am). The delivery man hauled it to my top floor appt. Total was $240 incl tax & delivery. I was very pleased with the process. (PS: I checked Home Depot but they only had 6ft wide carpets and would only deliver to a commercial location in 5-10 days)
