We recently replaced the carpets in two of our bedrooms and had the pleasure of working with Mario at Best Carpet. He was very friendly and knowledgeable from the moment we entered the store. He gave us several samples to take home to help us make a decision on what we wanted. The prices he quoted us were extremely reasonable for the quality of the carpets. When we made our decision we went back and spoke to Mario about scheduling the installation. The installation date was set and the installers came, as scheduled, and did an excellent job. We were so happy with the entire process of dealing with Best Carpet. Their customer service is excellent, the quality of their carpet is top notch, their prices are reasonable and the installers did a fantastic job. We will definitely use Best Carpet in the future and will highly recommend them to others.

Fernando and his team are amazing! I live in Indiana and my house flooded back in August. I needed 4 boxes of Shaw LVP flooring that has been very difficult to find. Shaw flooring recommended I call Best Carpet to see if they had any and they did. From the first phone call to the last I had nothing but great interactions. My flooring is being sent from California to me in Indiana and I couldn’t be happier!

Mario at best carpets is the best!! He is so accommodating and patient ( it told me awhile to decide on my carpet). Friendly warm and welcoming from the minute you walk into the Best Carpet door. The installation was done fast and to perfection. Mario got me a great price on high quality carpet. It is like walking on a cloud. No need to look any further than Best Carpet. I will only use them. Mario has been in business for at least 30 years I have known of and used his expertise and services. He negotiates great wholesale prices and passes along his savings to customers in carpets and flooring products. Installers are great and he keeps you informed on scheduling and gets the job done right. Can’t go wrong here!

These wonderful people truly deserve to be called best carpet. Mario went above and beyond with our situation turning it from bad to awesome. First of all we had a Lowe’s contract to install carpet that fell through & lowes couldn’t get the job done sent a racist & on the day scheduled for carpet they left my sister who has cerebral palsy without hospital bed setup or carpet setup. So we called up Mario at best carpet and he took care of the situation with such professionalism and care he saved us from hassle & the emotional abuse that we endured from Lowes. Truly, they deserve to be contracted with lowes or home depot but God has a special plan in store for them literally. I am so beyond blessed to have them. They had the carpet in inventory and came early to finish a job even Lowes couldn’t do and promised to do for a month in one day! God bless Mario and this business. Epic job and the carpet installers were nice and experts even dissembled bed and re-assembled it and vacuumed took care of furniture and walls. God bless you!!!

About 12 years ago I saw Best Carpet on KCAL 9 News and thought I should check out his store for new carpet when I am ready. Flash forward a few years later I worked with him extensively as I sold real estate in the area. I came to know Mario and his team extensively as we carpeted many homes and rentals in the pomona valley. He never disappointed me or our customers. About 2 weeks ago I finally bought a carpet and had it installed for my own home and I couldn’t be happier. Every morning as I step out of bed Im thrilled to have new carpet under my feel. Mario is both a businessman and your favorite uncle! He is personable, He knows what he is doing, and can be trusted with the keys to your home.
