Big R Carpet has seen our family grow through 2 houses and has provided outstanding support and service in updating and changing our flooring throughout each home. We recommend to every family and friend when they have flooring needs, and everyone has been happy beyond belief. We will be using them again soon!

My husband and I seriously shopped around and priced our carpet comparing all the known well-adverstised companies in this town. Let me tell you that we are clearly paying for that advertising! We spoke with Craig, he did not pressure us or try to make us purchase ALL of our carpet at once like the other stores. ( we are doing 1 room at a time instead of going into debt) He was a pleasure to meet and speak with, gave us our estimate and threw in 3 special carpet tiles that he told us cats love ( he was right!) Before the work was done I tried to pay him or at least give a deposit. He refused, said ” We do business by a hand shake here .” The install was such a fast beautiful job and we now have the best carpet money can buy at a wonderful price, WAY lower than anyone else. I HIGHLY recommend this company and the sweet couple running it! Nice to know there are people like these left in the world!

They are a great company to work with. They are fast with taking out the carpet and pad, then replacing with the new pad and carpet, I couldn’t believe how fast they are and I was here and watched them and couldn’t believe my eyes on how fast.

My husband and I stopped by Big R’s to check out selection and prices with no intention of buying anything that day. But as soon as we met Craig and found the carpet of our dreams at a fantastic price, we didn’t bother looking at any other stores to compare prices. Our carpets were installed within two weeks, and Craig even threw in some “carpet tiles” for our cats to scratch – they LOVE them. Quality carpets at an affordable price with excellent customer service and professional installation. Can’t beat that!

Very honest and friendly people. If I ever have carpet needs, my first thought it to go to Big R’s Carpet. I have even referred them to my friends, and I usually do not refer anyone cuz it’s never the same people who own the stores each time I go back, but not this place it’s always good customer service and decent prices.
