We used “Best Floors” for our floors when we built our home. About 1 ½ years later, the flooring started to come up. No, there was not any water on any part of flooring. When we called the place, they came out to looked at it and left. Only to be told that was that it was the company fault for not laying correctly but since the warranty was past (6 months) that there was nothing they can do to fix it.

Best staff in town! They have anything and everything you could possibly need, and all the advice and professionalism that goes with the projects. I can’t recommend Daniel and his staff at Best Floors enough!

Best flooring store in the state, hands down!! I can not say enough about the Customer service, quality of product, excellent pricing and quality of the work. It is so hard to find any of these qualities, much less all of them. If we ever need flooring again, this is definitely where we will go!!
