Booking long jobs and other people’s appointments on the same day isn’t smart. I understand that rescheduling an appointment is sometimes necessary but I could not take another day off to reschedule. “Let me see what I can do” by the secretary warrants a courtesy call back to say yay or nay about whether there really is something you can do. Instead, after waiting several hours for nobody to show up I finally called to find out that my appointment would not happen. We will be going elsewhere.

Poor customer service. I’ve been waiting for over three months to get a response on my work order. Called twice with a supposed to me back, still haven’t gotten a call back. Started with the poor attitude when someone came to measure. I’m done.

We got our 2 bedroom carpets done before we moved into our new house. Erin squeezed us in so we could move in on time. Then I needed some padding for under our rugs, and Nathan got us padding so quick! Small town friendliness and amazing customer service. I really appreciate this company and their amazing staff! They have never tried to upsell or over sell us. They gave my family exactly what we needed and wanted.
