First time we have installed flooring in our 40 year old house and Canina was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions expertly. The workers were prompt and friendly and did quality work. Highly recommend this company.

Nobody in Decatur does a better job than this team. Canina, Oakley, and the tile guys did an absolutely killer job on our Master Bathroom. They were all polite, courteous, respectful of our schedule, and our family is BLOWN AWAY with how nice everything looks. Will use them again if we need something done, and we’re making sure all our family and friends do the same. If I could give them 50 stars, I would. Couldn’t be any happier!

Was not happy with the overall experience. The install was not what I expected. Do not follow up with customers. Felt like just a body. I felt like I did all the work. Just had someone take my order. Will not use again. Trying a different company for the rest of my flooring.

I bought flooring from a big box store which was a nightmare for me with the poor communication and unkept promises from the store and their installer. One of my friends recommended Elite flooring I went there and as soon as I walked in the store I had a sales person assigned to me who helped choose my flooring from the wide selection they had, one week later I got a call from them to tell me my material is already in and asked me when I will be ready for installation. The installation team showed up in time they were very nice and knew what they were doing. My floor looked really nice after they were finished, I’m very happy with their service and I would recommend them to my family and friends.
