Dixie carpet has been amazing, chuck comes out and checks with us weekly and to show his face and see how we are doing. I am a property manager with Ridgeway village I manage 5 properties in the midlothian area. Even when they had a transition in employees they made sure we were taken care of. We love chuck

Unprofessional. Ask you to come in for an interview them both the hiring people are out that day . Ask another department manager to interview you. Tell you more then once they will follow up with you . After following up a few times via phone and email. Last follow up get told they moved to another candidate. I never even got a fair chance . If they treat their potential employees this way . I hope they don’t treat their customers that way . Oh. Forgot to mention I had to go through multi people to get in and find out someone else was interviewing me.

I had my carpet recently installed and they did a very poor job I would give them 0 stars. The employees and staff were rude especially the person in charge Sabrina, I would definitely not recommend this place.
