Wineteer Construction 6 months agoIn December of 2022, we were faced with a flooded basement from a burst water pipe resulting in damage to almost 1,200 sq ft of finished area. We spent the first three months working with different remodelers who weren’t transparent in their pricing and seemed to treat us like another number. This led to frustration and a complete disconnect altogether. Luckily, Nick and Wineteer Construction stepped in after a local real estate agent who was familiar with the rebuild process recommended that we give Wineteer a call. It was a breath of fresh air! We quickly realized that Wineteer Construction not only were experts in remodeling but were real people who listened to our ideas. Emma and the entire team supported us through every step of the process and were punctual, thorough, and flexible with our needs. We didn’t have to worry about multiple crews coming in and out of our house which made us feel comfortable. Dave and Eric were the always communicating with my wife and I to ensure we were involved in every decision. The best part was that they took a choppy basement that had been remodeled two separate times to a usable space that added value to our house and our family. We are extremely excited to have our basement back and will be using Wineteer for our next remodeling project. Thank you, Nick, for all the time and effort you and the team invested in completing our basement!

The Shower Company 13 hours agoA few months after buying our home, we noticed a wet spot on our ceiling below where our shower was. After plumbers confirmed a leak, and determined it was likely a cracked shower pan, we sought out quotes from 3 different contractors. We went with The Shower Company because not only did they have the lowest quote, but they were willing and able to do more than their competitors (such as replacing the tiled floor and installing a new toilet). After about six weeks, our shower was ready for installation. Installation took place over 1.5 days (and Jordan, our first tech, worked well into the night to get things finished). Our door wasn’t ready yet, so The Shower Co. provided us with a tension rod and shower curtain. After about another week, in which we were able to use our new shower and verify no new leaks, our door was installed in just a few short hours. We asked our second tech, Roger, if he would be willing to recaulk the edge between our sink and bathroom counter because it was looking like it was beginning to rot. No more than 5-10 minutes later, we have a new, smooth, no-mold/mildew line of caulk to protect our walls. We are extremely happy with our renovated bathroom and looking forward to years of use!
