Quality Handyman Services – Eagan Repair 2 months agoI needed help with home security issues. Joe was present in the process from beginning to end. He assessed the situation and suggested a system that would meet my requirements. He sent over a team to install and assist me with technical aspects. If I had questions I called Joe. His response was prompt. I feel like these services are courteous, both tailor made and reasonable. I will be a return customer to discuss additional home projects.

Plumbline Builders Inc 8 months agoPlumbline did an amazing job on our addition and remodel. Roger kept the project moving forward at a steady pace and maintained excellent communication throughout. We were very pleased with the quality of subcontractors who have strong, longstanding relationships with Roger and his crew. The great room/mud room/half bath addition turned out beautifully and the kitchen remodel is gorgeous! I would wholeheartedly recommend Plumbline based on that high quality craftsmanship alone, but what put them over the top for me was all the extras we asked for along the way. Roger is a next-level problem solver that never minimized esthetics even if it impacted timelines. Big things like re-working the stairway railings and changing the swing of the basement door, so I can more easily manage a laundry basket, and small things like extending the backsplash tile to the floor next to the dog dishes, have all come together so perfectly. Plumbline turned our cramped, boring house into a stunning, updated home!

Pahl Exteriors a month agoGreat at working with insurance company. Response to any issues post installment poor. 6 year out I had a leak. It took multiple calls to get a response. The one visit did not solve the problem. After 10 calls going directly to voicemail I called another company. The guy who made the service call identified the issue within 15 minutes. No leak after that.

Mill City Design + Build 2 months agoWe are very happy with the way our basement turned out after Brian, Matt and their team of craftsman brought their ideas and eye for detail to our home. We challenged them with matching finishes from both our original house and an existing expansion space that was done in the early 2000s. The end result is a space that feels like a true extension of both. Working on an older home can present unique challenges at every step, but the team was able to pivot and adapt to each one. Communication and expectation setting was good and they were open to scaling certain aspects up or down to fit our needs as the project unfolded. I would recommend Mill City without hesitation to anyone looking for a contractor to help transform their home.

From the first day when Scott and Brian came out to the house to give us an estimate to the last day when we went through the final walk through, everything was smooth and easy. They helped us pick out what was right for our home and our budget. Workers were on time and cleaned up every day. Our home looks beautiful and we would highly recommend them for your project.
