Synergy Home Improvement a year agoWe signed a contract with Synergy Home Improvement in January 2022, they installed solar panels on our roof in February 2022, but they didn’t connect them, so they are unusable. We paid almost $41,000 to Synergy. We have been paying a monthly loan repayment AND our monthly PG&E bill since the panels are not usable. Synergy has not completed the project to this day (4/20/23). We are still unable to use the solar panels that were installed on our roof in February 2022. In February of 2023, Synergy asked for $4,000 more from us to complete the project. These are some facts about our situation with Synergy Home Improvement Inc.

Prestige Homes & Restoration 7 months agoI cannot say enough about David and his company!! I own several residential and commercial properties in the Bay Area and have worked with many contractors. I am new to the Folsom area and had David and his team do an addition to my out door kitchen. The job was completed quickly, David’s team were very clean, very polite and did an excellent job. I have already recommend David to several friends. I HIGHLY recommend David and his company. Prestige Homes & Restoration is a Class A company. Thank you David!!!!!!!

Happy Hammer Inc 7 months agoWe have hired Happy Hammer to complete repairs and improvements on a rental property. Most recently, Yuriy, spent an entire day fixing and replacing things in a vacant unit and we are so pleased with the work. We will certainly contact HH in the future.
