This company likes to take advantage and abuse companies that they consider minor, we made a purchase for $3700, the customer didn’t like the February and we returned it, due to their rules they deducted $1600 from us, they sent me a letter and it’s been two weeks and they don’t want to To return the money, the truth is that we feel like they are stealing from us. I think it bothers them that the product was returned, but these are the rules of commerce, we wanted to have good commercial relations but they don’t have good management, this is not done to customers.

I have had the recent pleasure of working with both Rusty and Brendan at Capital Railing, on a Trex Fencing project that they had. They purchased Trex Fencing materials from me, as I work for FDS Distributors, the National Distribution Partner for Trex Fencing. Every interaction was respectful, professional, and straight to the point. I look forward to doing business with Capital Railing again soon.
