Nothing to share other than disappointment if I could give them a minus rating I would they cut thur return lines for the pool cost to me $1800 plus the cut the service line to the garage cost to me $2500 and in good hearts they said we will discount you $500 on the invoice do your self a favor and call someone else

Rolando and his crew did an amazing job installing our backyard wood fence and driveway gate. Our technician Justin was super helpful and accommodating whenever we reached out for questions. The Yutka team was gracious enough to schedule our install date a couple days later after being rained out the first time. Highly recommend, it was a great experience.

We closed on our new home on April 15, and had Justin, one of the sales reps, there that day. We built great rapport with him during his visit and ending up choosing Yutka for our project. They originally mentioned it might be July before our install would happen, but by May 17 they had our fence completely installed! This was amazing for us, because we have two dogs who love to freely roam around the yard. The communication was great, especially with Justin, and we felt like the office team made us a priority. Even when we were having issues with securing our permit, Yutka was on our side, taking care of everything that needed to be done. We can’t recommend them enough!

We had them in stall a fence about 15 years ago, it was not a cheap one either. It was a vinyl fence. They only glued the post on the 4 by 4 , did not screw the vinyl to posts. When they came out they did admit is should have been screwed in. So now the post are coming up and lifting the fence. I know the warranty was up but I called them to come and repair it. There policy now is minimal charge is $2900.00 for any repair. Does not matter if repair take 1 hour or 10 hours. I just want to inform you of this policy.

From the moment the job was quoted to it now being completed today, the entire team at Yutka has been very transparent about the entire process and very quick to respond to every request. Our fence looks amazing and we are looking forward to many private nights on our patio enjoying our fenced in yard!

We moved into a home on the North Shore of Milwaukee back in November. We needed a fence installed due to having two large dogs, and most of the companies we contacted told us early spring would be the soonest available. After contacting Yutka, they told us they could have the install complete within a month. Everyone that we worked with, from the office managers, planners, and installers were great to work with and friendly. They even went through the pain of submitting all the paperwork for our village, and acquiring all the proper permits. We had such a wonderful experience with them, that I highly suggest anybody in the Wisconsin area who needs a fence to Definitely give them a call.
