Superior Fence & Rail lived up to its name! This company is, indeed, superior to all of its competitors. I researched all possible companies, had four of them provide on-site assessments, and read customer reviews for each. Superior Fence & Rail excelled from first contact through final follow-up. I laud the construction foreman, Daniel Reyes for his outstanding leadership demonstrated with his team and for flawless execution of the 2-day installation of my fence. I am a retired Air Force colonel and recognize outstanding leadership traits when I encounter them in others. I also commend Robert Pritchett and Andrew Banker … General Managers for my project for their initiative in ensuring everything proceeded per my expectations, again, from beginning to end. Tiffany Barbour, the scheduler, was also spot-on re updating me as the installation date approached. Bottom line, select Superior Fence & Rail … ask for Daniel, too!

I regret hiring this company. They used the cheapest possible latching mechanism, and when I called to tell them I would like it replaced, the representative 1. insinuated that it not working was my fault, and 2. would no longer warranty the gate if we replaced the mechanism, and 3. but hey! we can definitely sell you something else. Walk up and down your street and look at your neighbors’ fences. You know what every single one of them has? A handle with a button you press to enter. You know what we got? Beats me. Some cheap, out-of-alignment industrial number that in less than a year doesn’t work and is all beat up and takes an act of Congress to open and close. IT’S JUNK. At this point, the threat of them not standing behind their work isn’t much of a concern, since they have already demonstrated that they aren’t going to take any responsibility anyway. So if you own a fence company and would like to put in some REAL handles, please email me. I wish I could go back in time and hire literally any other company. EDIT: I can’t respond to a response, so I will do it here. The general manager who called could not have been more rude. He refused to take any responsibility for this shoddy work. You can even see in their response how defensive they are: “The latch we installed in September 2023 is a powder-coated, corrosion-resistant metal designed to resist rust. However, metal components, especially those subjected to frequent use and force, can experience chipping over time.” Do the pictures look like something designed to resist rust? And please note the wording “subjected to frequent use and force” – again, their position is that it is OUR FAULT that they installed this incorrectly and in such a manner as to render it nearly impossible to use. I stick by my original opinion: this is a company that will gladly take your money. Good luck after that.

We appreciate so much the patience of the installers (Eddie, Edgar and Abran) in answering my silly questions and dealing with our last minute changes. From the time Mr. Wayne Lamph came to my house, I knew this was the company I was going to go with to get my fence installed. He was very helpful with us making the right decision on all different kinds of fences. The day the crew came to put in the fence, they were prompt, professional and hard working. We actually think it makes our yard look bigger. Then if any issues would arise the staff of Superior Fence company was always there to answer any questions. I highly recommend them and I can see they keep their word about the warranty and fixes it will need in the future.

I’m very pleased with the work done for my fence installation. I was nervous at certain points along the way because it’s such a huge job and investment, but I’m very pleased with the results. Mr. Wayne Lamph (sales representative) was great about assisting with the process and paperwork (for the county and HOA). Tiffany was very helpful when I reached out regarding my installation date. I also had a concern on the day of installation and Mr. Pritchett came to my house to make sure my concerns were addressed😯 – that REALLY impressed me. Daniel Reyes and his team completed the installation and they were phenomenal. They were professional and very respectful of my property. I suggest that if you purchase a fence with Superior, reach out to them if you have concerns throughout the process. Be sure to be proactive with questions and to schedule your installation date. Based on my experience, if you take the time to reach out with a question or concern, they are very responsive and will deliver an excellent result. Also, I had 2 quotes and although the other company was impressive, Superior’s price was lower and Mr. Lamph offered a better plan for the location and size of my gates. In the photos, nevermind the tarp – we laid that to prevent poison ivy growth.

The fence surrounding my home was in dire need of repair. I called Superior Fence & Rail to get a freed estimate. Wayne Lamph did the measurements, and must say, the quality of work is impressive. The installation went smoothly and quicker than I expected. If you’re in need of having your fence replaced, I highly recommend Superior & Rail. My fence looks great!! It was installed quickly and on the promised date. I requested a few changes on the morning of installation; the manager came out and the changes were completed for me in a professional, pleasant manner. I’m very pleased with the product and workmanship. I highly recommend them.
