Fresno fence first installed a frequently used wooden gate with metal posts and metal reinforcement on door. I appreciated their willingness to do a fairly small custom job and their expertise in making recommendations and seeing it completed. Since then I’ve used them two more times for fence replacement. Both jobs were done well, on time, and at fair market price. Lizette is great to work with. She personally came out to job site to answer my neighbor’s questions during last install. Thank you, Fresno Fence!

I used fresno fence to install a new wood fence for me. They did amazing work and was very professional. They did a job in one day that took some of my neighbors fence installations 2 to 3 days. They kept in touch with me about the installation because bad weather prevented the installation the previous week. I did not have to call them. They gave me the quote with a breakdown thru email, assured me that they would be available if i needed them, on time, friendly and eager to get the job done and i am very pleased with the end result. I am definitely recommending them to friends, family and neighbors.Thank you Mrs. Bouza for your great customer service and thank you for making my yard look beautiful!

Signed a contract on May 11th and paid 50% down. They said they would do the job in 3 weeks. It’s nearly 2 months later and they will not return my phone calls. They never answer their phone or return messages. Not professional.

Fresno Fence did an amazing job on our new fence! The job was completed in just two days, the the crew made sure that the job site was completely cleaned before leaving. The metal framing for the gate was an unexpected plus. Thanks for a great job!

Guillermo and the crew did a beautiful job on installing a new fence! They were reasonable, honest and the crew worked hard the entire day. They cleaned up and you never would have known that they were here when they left for the day. Highly recommend!

Their customer service is horrible. I call/email and no one answers. They don’t give you up to date information on the status of your order. I had to call and email multiple times to get an update and when they finally answered they kept giving us the run around. When they finally came to put the gate in it started raining and they left. The didn’t even call to say they were coming back. I had to call multiple times for the lady to say the workers went to lunch. Well why didn’t they say that. The gate didn’t fully get installed till June and we order it in April. I will not recommend this company. Had I known the customer service and communication was this horrible I DEFINITELY would have gone with another company. The gate is beautiful but is NOT worth the headache of buying it.

I called last week to setup a visit to get a quote on fence repair and they scheduled me for this past Tuesday from 3-5pm…they never came, never called!! I called on Wednesday to see what happened and they set me up for an another appointment the next day from 11-1pm…they never came, never called!! Two bad impressions is enough for me!! I found another local company with a much quicker turnaround, more professional and is responsive! Never again.
