They were supposed to show up at 10:00 a.m. to give me a quote on some vinyl fencing and I had to call them at 10:15 because they didn’t show up. When I called them they hadn’t even left Spartanburg and they told me they could be at my house by 10:40, which I knew wasn’t possible. I told them not to bother and they just lost out on 600- 800 feet of fence. If they can’t show up on time to quote the job they probably won’t show up on time to do the job either. Also when I called they answered with “Hello” , rather than answering stating the name of their business. For instance, “Good afternoon this is TRX Fence Company of Spartanburg , how can I help you?” It’s way more professional than just answering with a Hello. They are very unprofessional and I don’t recommend them to do your fence!
