Honestly the whole process took a little longer than we had anticipated however the time was needed to navigate the City’s permitting process. The staff at Carolina Fence Supply was always friendly, professional and easy to communicate with. They took the time to explain the process and listened to make sure we understood and ultimately got what we wanted. The installation crew worked in the heat of July but they worked steady and made sure that the work was completed correctly. They kept the job site clean during the installation. The fence and railing we selected looks amazing. We are so pleased with the final results. I would have no problem recommending this company to anyone that needs their services. While most of the experience went smoothly, after the fence was installed, we noticed the irrigation system (that was working perfectly prior to the fence installation) was damaged in two separate areas right where the fence was installed. When we contacted CFS about this issue, we were told to basically deal with it, as the contract states this can happen and CFS is not liable for damage to third party lines.

Rhonda was great and the team who installed the fence were awesome. I’m so happy with the finish fence. I’m looking out my window so snapped a quick picture but this picture doesn’t even show how beautiful it is in person!!!!! I would recommend to use this company they really know what they are doing!!!!!

Worst fence ive ever had coulda built one myself out if chicken wire that wouldve been better. They sent a crew of what looked like teenagers to do our fence, the gate is not right loose and can be opend with latch down, they did a terrible job securing the bottom of the fence there are sections u can easily push out from the bottom where they didnt secure it fence wont even keep a dog in and we paid almost $10,000 dollars for 5ft high chainlink and they done an absolutely horrible job especially securing the bottom when we first got it done we called and let them know they sent someone out to look just to tell us they didnt cover that and gave us a small role of fence and hog clips to fix the bottom ourselves. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU WANT A RELIABLE FENCE!
