Not sure what happened to my previous review, so posting again. It is objective and true. If you are looking for a woodgrain vinyl fence, DON’T use this company. I cannot speak about other products they install, only this one. DIXIE FENCE, LLC uses a distributor that distributes damaged material, and they were fully aware of it at the time of my signing of the contract with them in May 2023. The product they promoted with a lifetime warranty and the best on the market, has scrapes, gouges, and dents. These defects are not blemishes in the woodgrain look but deep scrapes and gouges in the finish. It looks like someone dragged the material down the street behind a truck. These defects were discovered by me, the same day, the fence was fully installed June 2023. When I spoke to Jaron FRALEY about it, he stated that other customers accepted the fence with the defects. DIXIE FENCE LLC knew about the condition of the material and recommended it and didn’t inform me of these issues so I could make an informed discission. They took away my right as a customer to choose. They have returned 3 times with defective material. I only requested that the 3 gates and 2 post be replaced with material that did not have defects. I conceded with the remaining issues in the fence. And as of yesterday, I am still not satisfied because I still have 3 gates and 2 posts with defective material. They never offered any compensation to accept the damaged material because they consider it not their issue. They just wanted the balance due and as of yesterday, I wanted them off my property to be done/complete this transaction with them because I realized I was never going to get what I contracted with them for and what I paid for. *Ryan FRALEY was my Sales Specialist and Jaron FRALEY is the installation foreman with DIXIE FENCE LLC. On 11/20/23, Montgomery County Prosecutor Mat Heck Jr. announced a 25-count indictment against DIXIE FENCE SOUTH LLC, owner 54-year-old Daryl Robert FRALEY, aka Rob FRALEY, accused of bilking customers, including a preschool and humane society, of more than $135K for work not performed or not completed. Dixie Fence LLC tries to distance themselves from DIXIE FENCE SOUTH LLC, but they are related in some way and not just by the company name. * The BBC has the years in business as 11 years, not 20 years. *There are multiple positive 5-star reviews for DIXIE FENCE LLC. from other people with the last name FRALEY. Frankly I would not recommend them for any job because of their lack of professionalism, responsiveness, and integrity.

Dixie Fence came to install a 8 foot high razor wire fence around our back lot of RV Life Is Good to protect our RV rental company. Jaron installed an automatic gate with cellular call system and video cameras and the quality of the job and the professionalism exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend Dixie Fence!! They came to us gave us an estimate and had the Fence Taken down and new one put up In the time line they set. Very professional group will call them again for sure. Thank you for Job well done.

Jaron came out and fabricated a steel estate gate at the end of our driveway. The job was done quick and efficient. Our final product looked unique and functioned perfectly. Couldn’t ask for better quality and service. We are very pleased.
