Terrible experience, first fence was put in wrong. Called multiple times and the manager came out to confirm the fence was not right, sections were redone. Still wasn’t right, now the gate that is a year old needs redone because the guy that built the fence, didnt install the hinges right, and when he did he split the wood and left it.. steer clear.

I have worked with this place for 30 years. You can buy materials here, have all your welding done here and great company to work with for all your fencing needs.

I purchase fence supplies from Mills fence. Customer service is great and very helpful and they have everything you need to do any fence installation. I don’t think there is another fence supplier in the city of Cincinnati that sells or stocks what they do. If they don’t have it good luck finding it.

Sales rep named Jesse. He was great very professional. He gave me a detailed quote within 20 minutes and send it to my email. No pressure. Unfortunately, they’re not the cheapest in the business looking for something a little bit cheaper. I have a lot of area to cover. Everybody has to make a living.

Overall, these guys did a decent job. Maybe not the most careful crew in the world, but for the money, the result was about what we expected, so no real complaints. If you’re looking for a decent fencing job done for a decent price, they’re worth talking to.

Hit multiple sprinkler heads and lines while installing our fence. Just kept going. Mills Fence blamed it on the sub contractors and said they weren’t liable for any damages even though sprinkler was clearly marked. Horrible experience that cost us thousands of dollars to repair. Mills Fence was horrible to deal with. I wouldn’t recommend Mills Fence to anyone.

Mills fence is horrible!!!! Driver backed down out driveway with fencing material , got stuck and busted a good size off the corner of driveway. Mills refuses to return phone calls and emails. Sent them the video and also Larry from the Walton location came out and seen it. If I can can give them a zero stars I would. Do better Mills Fence and take care of your customers.
