Never give business to this firm Why , Because no communication with the clients neither managers. If you find something and want to reach out to team they are excusing and not truthful at all . so eventually they are not taking care of the business neither their work . I felt like ok that was one bad experience me and my mate hired same people and after my incident they are facing the same issues . Biggest nightmare. In the morning you wake up you think about your coffee or your day but no if you hired this people you try to call first and waiting on them to answer your call or take a follow up . 0.0/10

Specialty FDR and team came out and updated my black chain link fence. It looks amazing and it keeps my dogs inside. They were fast and very professional. Shawn even called back and checked in to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend his company if you need a fence or deck this summer!

Shawn and his crew built a ramp at my mothers home. She was diagnosed with cancer at the time and needed a way to get out of her home to go to treatment. Shawn gave great suggestions and got his crew on the job quickly. It was a much needed project and I was pleased by the workmanship and price. I would highly recommend his company for fencing, ramps or decking.

Would give a zero star if I could this is the Worst fence installation company PLEASE STAY AWAY! This company came and installed our vinyl fence through Lowe’s and the fence was leaning as soon as they did it and Lowe’s requested for us to get a third party inspection done and the third party concluded that the installer did not put enough cement and that’s what’s causing the fence to lean the installer refuses to come back out and fix the damage that he’s done please stay away from these scammers

Contracted through Lowes, won’t respond to schedule the installation despite several escalations by Lowe’s. Definitely would not recommend using this company

This company was contracted through Lowes to install our vinyl fence. I will say they were extremely fast for the size of the fence (over 650 ft) and did a good job. They were supposed to come back out and check the gates for sagging in which they never did. One of the gates does not close correctly, due to sagging in a post, still to this day. Also during the installation the owner specifically said, while on site, if we needed anything to give him a call. I had 2 fence posts break less than a week later and I reached out to the owner directly and the office staff to get a quote and schedule to have them replace. This is to have the posts fixed at my cost and nothing to to do with Lowes. I sent the original text to the owner on 4/19/22 and no response. Then contacted the company through their phone number 3 times and never got follow up calls. I then sent text messages on 7/6/22, 7/25/22, and 7/29/22 with no response. Some of these were reminder texts that the owner asked me to send to him to get me the quote. I have made more than 6 phone calls to the owner since 4/19/22 and communicated with him 3 times and still have not received a quote. I would not recommend this company solely on being unprofessional. It should not be this hard to have someone perform a service in which their business does and shows they do not stand by or service their work.

Specialty FDR was contracted by Lowe’s to install my fence. I notified the owner on the day of installation back in November regarding an issue with the fence lock and he was rude and dismissive. After repeated calls to him he finally came out to view the lock issue and agreed to order a replacement lock, which he never did. In addition to the faulty lock, the caps on top of the fence were not properly secured and the fence gates/posts were improperly installed. There are areas on the posts where screws were supposed to be placed but never installed. After two months of not responding to the work order request I placed through Lowe’s the owner comes, takes pictures of the gates/lock and puts “bathroom caulk” on the caps on top of my fence. Poorly installed fence, terrible customer service and it has been less than one year from the date of installation. I am disappointed that I spent close to 10K for an improperly installed fence and there has been no accountability to correct this issues. I would NOT recommend using this company!!! I am only rating with one star because there is not an option to rate with zero stars!!

My wife left a review detailing our account of not being able to get into contact with the company after 4 weeks of calling. Interestingly, after posting her review, the owner called us today (the day after) stating he wanted to speak about the gate to get it fixed. The owner showed up and I asked what I could help him with. He asked me if I knew that my wife left a review on Facebook. This obviously has nothing to do with fixing the gate. I again inquired what the purpose of the visit was. He tells me that he wants to show me the gate again (obviously, I live here – I’ve seen the broken gate for 4 weeks). He tells me that fixing it out of his hands and now up to Lowe’s (he subcontracts for them) – this shows the entire purpose of the visit is based on a bad Google/FB review and nothing to do with actually fixing a broken gate. Luckily, I have plenty of cameras on my property and can simply forwarded the interaction to Lowe’s Pro Service corporate team. I’d avoid doing business with these people, but, if you do – just leave an honest review after calling for a month and they will get with you in a timely manner.

Shawn (the owner) spoke with me on the day of installation to clarify the layout of the fence. After going over details Shawn relayed to his crew exactly what he needed them to do and he left, only checked in periodically….his crew was EXCEPTIONAL AND VERY COURTEOUS! Just a few days later my install is complete and BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS…I’m completely satisfied. FDR ROCKS! Thank you so much 😊
